Muhammad Hasnain
Muhammad Hasnain is a property consultant working the Zone IV corridor of Islamabad — DHA Margalla Enclave and Bahria Enclave in particular. The office is at Sector C Commercial Avenue, facing the Zoo, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. Locals find it by the landmark; WhatsApp us for the exact pin before you come.
That location is not incidental. By our own estimate it is about fifteen minutes by car from the Margalla Enclave site on the same corridor, depending on traffic: about 7.7 km, which a routing service built on OpenStreetMap puts at about eleven minutes on empty roads. A site visit is a short drive rather than a day out, and the person advising you sees the roads going in. The location page shows both points on a map.
How this site makes money
Plainly: if you buy or sell a plot through Muhammad Hasnain, he earns a commission on that transaction. Nothing on this site is paid placement, and no third party pays to appear or not appear here.
That model has an obvious bias built into it — a consultant paid on transactions has an interest in transactions happening. The defence against it is the editorial rule below, and you should hold us to it.
The rules every page here follows
- A number without a source does not get published. Every price, date and percentage names the document it came from and the day we read it.
- We publish the awkward clauses in the same type size as the good news. The 20% refund deduction, the category premium, the 27-day window on the 2-year plan. If it would change your mind, it belongs on the page.
- Where we could not verify something, we say so. Islamabad stamp duty, whether DHA’s general transfer-fee schedule applies to Margalla Enclave, current resale premiums — all named as unverified rather than filled in with a confident guess.
- Marketing claims get labelled as marketing claims. Drive times, development milestones, the eleven-month possession figure.
- We date everything, and the dates are honest. A page’s “last checked” date only moves when its content actually changes.
What this site is not
It is not affiliated with DHA, with the CDA, or with the joint venture. It is not an official channel and cannot allot you a plot, confirm a ballot result, or accept a payment on DHA’s behalf. Official announcements come from the DHA project portal and nowhere else — including here.
It is also not legal, tax or investment advice. Property values fall as well as rise, and a plot is an illiquid asset that can take months to sell in a soft market.
