Paying DHA: the only three channels
- Pay Order or Demand Draft — Drawn in favour of “Margalla Enclave”, NTN # F907422-6. Submitted with a physical application at the DHA Head Office or the site office.
- KUICKPAY (online) — Through the challan generated on the DHA website.
- Askari Bank, over the counter — At any Askari Bank branch, again using the online-generated challan from the DHA website.
The payee is “Margalla Enclave”, NTN F907422-6. Not a person. Not a dealer. Not “DHA Margalla” at a private bank account. If the payee on the pay order is anything else, you are not paying DHA. How the fraud works.
What the helpline can and cannot tell you
It can confirm whether an application number exists, whether a payment has been received against it, and what the current deadline is. It will not tell you a plot’s resale value, whether a particular dealer is trustworthy, or when the next ballot will be drawn before DHA has announced it. Anyone who claims a “contact inside DHA” who knows the draw date is selling you the claim.
What is not official
Facebook pages, YouTube channels and WhatsApp groups named “Margalla Enclave” are run by dealers and marketing companies, including some that disclose it in their footer and many that do not. This site is not official either; it is an independent consultancy that reads DHA’s documents and publishes what they say. The test is simple: an announcement is real when it is on margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk.
