By our own estimate the office is about fifteen minutes by car from the Margalla Enclave site on the same corridor, depending on traffic (about 7.7 km; a routing service gives about eleven minutes on empty roads), so a site visit is a short drive. Urdu and English; WhatsApp is answered fastest, and overseas clients should use it.
How this is paid for
Muhammad Hasnain earns a commission when a plot changes hands. A conversation, a second opinion and being told not to buy something cost nothing. Agree the commission and who pays it in writing before work starts; that applies to any dealer. We do not publish a “customary” percentage because we found no authoritative source for one. No dealer, this one included, can confirm a ballot result, allot a plot or take a payment on DHA’s behalf.
What to send so the first reply is useful
- The block and plot number if you have one, or the size and block if you are still looking.
- Whether you are buying an allotted plot or a file — they are different things, and the difference matters.
- Your budget and timeline, honestly. It saves both of us a week.
- If someone has quoted you a price, a photo of the papers. It is the fastest way to spot a problem.
Never send money on the strength of a WhatsApp message
Not on ours either. Every payment to DHA goes by pay order or demand draft in favour of “Margalla Enclave”, NTN # F907422-6, or through KUICKPAY or an Askari Bank counter using a challan generated on DHA’s own website. If anyone — any dealer, any agent, anyone — asks you to transfer to a personal account instead, that is the moment to stop. If it has already happened.
