Opens for 5 & 10 Marla and 1 Kanal residential plus commercial, at launch prices with 15% down payment.

First computerised balloting
Held at Jacaranda Family Club, DHA Phase-2. Roughly 47,000 applications were reported against 125, 250 and 500 sq yd plots.
Q4 2025
Second booking round opens
At revised prices roughly 30% above launch. DHA extended the deadline once, from 3 to 10 November 2025.

Second balloting + digital commercial auction
Jinnah Convention Centre, 1:00 PM, covering blocks ME-1 to ME-4 and the Lake District. Results issued December 2025; down payment due 24 December 2025.
21 May 2026
First possession delivered
On selected streets of block ME-2. DHA’s own stage billed it “record-breaking possession in only 11 months” — a figure that reconciles with neither ballot date, so we carry it as DHA’s framing rather than as arithmetic. The delivered streets are real.

The down payment also moved: 15% in the first rounds, 20% on the 3rd-ballot form. Every price, every round.
Deadlines DHA has moved before
- 2nd round applications — extended from 3 November to 10 November 2025
- A payment deadline — extended to 9 January 2026, “on the request of our worthy members”
This is why silence after a closing date is not the same as a cancelled round, and why nobody outside DHA knows the draw date until the portal shows it.
How results are issued
Under the form’s own terms, results go out by email to the address on the form, by upload to the official website, and by hard copy to the postal address. The online checker used for the first two rounds is at margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/; It returned an error page when opened on 9 and 12 September 2026. It may be down between rounds; it is not evidence either way. What happens after the draw, including the down-payment clock.

When is the next Margalla Enclave balloting?
The third round’s application window was advertised as closing on 4 September 2026 and the draw date has not been published as of 12 September 2026. There is no announced fourth round. Anyone quoting a date is guessing.
When was the first Margalla Enclave balloting?
24 February 2025, at Jacaranda Family Club, DHA Phase-2, after a booking window from 15 January to 14 February 2025. Roughly 47,000 applications were reported.
When was the second balloting?
20 November 2025 at Jinnah Convention Centre, covering blocks ME-1 to ME-4 and the Lake District, with a digital auction for commercial plots. Results were issued in December 2025 and the down payment fell due on 24 December 2025.
How do I check a Margalla Enclave ballot result?
DHA’s result checker for rounds one and two was at margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/, asking for identity and application numbers. Returned an error page when opened on 9 and 12 September 2026. It may be down between rounds; it is not evidence either way. Results are also sent by email and hard copy under the form’s terms.
What happens if I am unsuccessful in the ballot?
The processing fee is not refunded; the down payment, if any was taken, is returned under the form’s refund clause. For the 3rd round, no payment beyond the processing fee is due before the draw.
