Balloting is DHA’s computerised draw that turns an application into a plot (clause 4 of the form). Nobody can “confirm” a ballot outcome in advance, and nobody outside DHA knows a draw date before DHA publishes it.
How to check your 3rd-ballot result
- Open DHA’s Launch III result page (www.dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot). It runs a browser security check first; give it a few seconds.
- Pick CNIC, NICOP or POC and type the number.
- Type your application number. The box already carries the DHA-M prefix. The number is on your form receipt and on the challan you paid.
- No application number? The result page links the Margalla Enclave member login, where your application is listed.
- Page will not load? Ring DHA on 051-111-555-400, extension 1307, or 0321-5081777 / 0321-5082777.
Clause 5 adds two more routes: an email to the address on your form and a hard copy by post. It also says the email “shall be deemed as dispatched and received” the moment it is generated, so a typo in your email address is your problem, not DHA’s. Check the result page yourself rather than waiting for mail.
“Result lists” on WhatsApp are not DHA’s. For Launch III, DHA has published no list; results are searched one applicant at a time. A list in a group is an old round or an invention. Never pay anyone a “confirmation fee” to see a result.
If you won: the 30-day clock
Clause 7: within 30 days of the ballot date you pay the full price on the lump-sum plan, or 20% down on the 1, 2 or 3-year plans. The payment table in the same form prints 27 days for the 2-year plan. From the 15 September 2026 draw that makes 15 October 2026 (12 October 2026 on the 2-year plan) by our count. DHA extended that deadline to 4 November 2026 (DHA's own banner on dhai-r.com.pk, “DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 4 NOV 2026”, image file dated 23 October 2026, re-read by us on 5 November 2026); that date has passed. Miss it and the allotment cancels automatically and the processing fee is forfeited. The plan you ticked on the form cannot be changed.

DHA takes money three ways only: a pay order or demand draft to “Margalla Enclave” (NTN F907422-6), KUICKPAY, or an Askari Bank counter with the challan from DHA’s website. Payee and NTN details.
What you hold once you have paid
Clause 6: after the lump sum or down payment, with charges and taxes, DHA issues an Intimation Letter. It proves your position; it is not a title deed. Clause 8: a lump-sum payer gets an Allotment Letter, the title document, with an absolute right to transfer. On an instalment plan you hold Intimation rights, transferable once 20% is paid, and the remaining instalments pass to the buyer. Clause 11 issues the Allotment Letter only when the full price and every due, charge and tax are paid. File versus allotted plot explains why the two sell at different prices.
Then keep paying
Instalments are quarterly. Clause 9 treats two missed instalments in a row as a default and gives 30 days to clear it. If the allotment is cancelled, clause 10 refunds what you deposited minus 20%, without DHA charges, taxes or interest.
If you were not successful
The processing fee stays with DHA: PKR 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000 for 5 Marla, 10 Marla or 1 Kanal, and PKR 30,000–60,000 for commercial (clause 3). Nothing else was collected before the draw, so there is nothing else to refund. That leaves two routes:
- Buy on the resale market. Winners sell Intimation rights and allotted plots, usually above the ballot price. What is on offer and at what price, and the checks to run before you pay anyone.
- Wait for a 4th round. None is announced (below).

Second booking round opens
At revised prices roughly 30% above launch, by dealer copies of the schedule. Dealer sites report that the close moved to 10 November 2025; we have not seen a DHA notice.

Second balloting + digital commercial auction
Held at the Jinnah Convention Centre, with a digital auction of commercial plots (The News, 21 November 2025). Dealer sites add a 1:00 PM start, results in December 2025 and a 24 December down-payment date; we have not seen DHA notices for those.

First possession ceremony
DHA published two videos of a first possession ceremony on this date. They name no block, street or handover date; one says it was live from the Lake District. Dealer pages say it covered selected streets of ME-2 on 21 May 2026, and DHA has not published the list. DHA’s project page says “possession delivered in just 11 months”. That figure matches neither ballot date, so we quote it as DHA’s claim, not as our own arithmetic.

DHA’s launch video gave 4 September 2026 as the last date to apply, and DHA streamed the draw on 15 September. The form PDF is dated 14 August 2026. Results are not published as a list: each applicant searches by CNIC and application number on DHA’s Launch III page.

The down payment moved too: property-portal reports put it at 15% in the first two rounds, and the 3rd-ballot form says 20%. Every price, every round.
Deadlines that have moved before
- 2nd round applications — dealer sites report the close moved to 10 November 2025; we have not seen DHA’s notice
- A payment deadline — DHA’s Facebook post says it was extended to 9 January 2026, “on the request of our worthy members”; the post does not name the ballot
Is there a 4th ballot?
Not as of 4 November 2026. DHA’s news feed, its notices page and the project portal carry nothing about a fourth round. Three rounds in twenty months, each at a higher price, is a record, not a schedule. When DHA opens a round, the form appears first on margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk. A “4th ballot form” sold before then is not DHA’s form.

Has the Margalla Enclave 3rd ballot result been announced?
Yes. The 3rd balloting (Launch III) was drawn on 15 September 2026. DHA does not publish a list: you search your own result on DHA’s Launch III page with your CNIC, NICOP or POC number and your application number. The page was live when we opened it on 4 November 2026.
What was the last date for the 3rd-ballot down payment?

When is the next Margalla Enclave balloting?
DHA has not announced a 4th round as of 4 November 2026. When it does, the notice appears first on the project portal, margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk. A date quoted anywhere else is a guess.
How do I find my Margalla Enclave application number?
It is on your form receipt and on the challan you paid. DHA’s result page links the Margalla Enclave member login (margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk/login), where you can look it up.
Do unsuccessful applicants get a refund?
The processing fee is non-refundable under clause 3, and nothing else was collected before the draw. Clause 10’s 20% deduction applies to an allotment that is later cancelled, not to a lost ballot.
