Street 12 is in the South-West sector — the 10 Marla streets west of the 150′ main road, towards the Darbar and the southern Future Access. The nearest named road on the sheet is Service Road-1 (130 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 11, Street 10, Street 1, Street 2. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 450 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

DHA's 3rd-ballot lump-sum price for a 10 Marla was PKR 30,000,000 (PKR 3 Crore), the same on every street. If your plot is a corner, boulevard or park-facing plot add 10% — PKR 30 Lakh on this size — and 15% if it is more than one of those. Then advance tax and DHA charges. Before you buy on Street 12

1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 12 of the South-West sector, one of the two is wrong.
2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 12. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rights — they are priced differently for a reason.
4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
5. Run the verification checklist before any money moves.
