Street 24 is in the South-East sector — the streets on the Bahria Enclave side: 10 Marla on Streets 1–20 nearest Margalla Creek Avenue, then 5 Marla on Streets 21–65 running down to the Gumrah Kas. The nearest named road on the sheet is ROAD NO.4 (100 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 25, Street 23, Street 28, Street 27. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 400 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

If your plot is a corner, boulevard or park-facing plot add 10% — PKR 15.5 Lakh on this size — and 15% if it is more than one of those. Then advance tax and DHA charges. Before you buy on Street 24

1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 24 of the South-East sector, one of the two is wrong.
2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 24. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rights — they are priced differently for a reason.
4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
5. Run the verification checklist before any money moves.
