Where Street 55 is

Street 55 is in the South-East sector — the streets on the Bahria Enclave side: 10 Marla on Streets 1–20 nearest Margalla Creek Avenue, then 5 Marla on Streets 21–65 running down to the Gumrah Kas. The nearest named road on the sheet is Southern Bypass Link Rd (170 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 53, Street 58A, Street 52, Street 56. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 1,150 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

Plot numbers on Street 55

The numbers we placed run 1 to 115 with gaps — plots at the ends or at a junction were printed too close to another street for the parser to be sure, so treat the list as a check, not a census.

1235101112131617181920212223242526272829303132333492115

On this sheet consecutive numbers face each other across the street, so odd numbers run down one side and even numbers down the other. Corner plots are not flagged on the drawing — the corner premium (10%, max 15% under clause 13) is decided by DHA at allotment. A plot number that is not in this list is not necessarily wrong; it may be one the parser could not place. Check it on the sheet.

Prices that apply to a 5 Marla on this street

DHA's 3rd-ballot lump-sum price for a 5 Marla was PKR 15,500,000 (PKR 1.55 Crore), the same on every street. If your plot is a corner, boulevard or park-facing plot add 10% — PKR 15.5 Lakh on this size — and 15% if it is more than one of those. Then advance tax and DHA charges. Resale premiums above that are the market's, not DHA's; official prices and the 5 Marla guide.

Before you buy on Street 55

  1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 55 of the South-East sector, one of the two is wrong.
  2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 55. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
  3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rightsthey are priced differently for a reason.
  4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
  5. Run the verification checklist before any money moves.
