The nearest named road on the sheet is Southern Bypass Link Rd (350 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 64, Street 62, Street 65, Street 61. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 800 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

Before you buy on Street 63

1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 63 of the South-East sector, one of the two is wrong.
2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 63. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rights — they are priced differently for a reason.
4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
