Street 9 is in the South-East sector — the streets on the Bahria Enclave side: 10 Marla on Streets 1–20 nearest Margalla Creek Avenue, then 5 Marla on Streets 21–65 running down to the Gumrah Kas. The nearest named road on the sheet is ROAD NO.3 (200 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 10, Street 8, Street 7, Street 11. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 650 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

The numbers we placed run 1 to 44 without gaps, which is what a complete street looks like on the sheet.

On this sheet consecutive numbers face each other across the street, so odd numbers run down one side and even numbers down the other. Corner plots are not flagged on the drawing — the corner premium (10%, max 15% under clause 13) is decided by DHA at allotment. DHA's 3rd-ballot lump-sum price for a 10 Marla was PKR 30,000,000 (PKR 3 Crore), the same on every street. If your plot is a corner, boulevard or park-facing plot add 10% — PKR 30 Lakh on this size — and 15% if it is more than one of those. Then advance tax and DHA charges. Before you buy on Street 9

1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 9 of the South-East sector, one of the two is wrong.
2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 9. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rights — they are priced differently for a reason.
4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
5. Run the verification checklist before any money moves.
