Prices are DHA's 3rd-ballot lump-sum figures; the premium is clause 13's. Boulevard-facing and park-facing plots carry the same 10%, and the sheet does not count those, so the 793 is a floor for category plots, not the total.
Whether it is worth it
A corner gives two frontages, a wider building envelope under the byelaws, and a resale story. It also gives two roads' worth of traffic and, on a 5 Marla, a house plan that has to work around a chamfer. On 1 Kanal the premium buys something real; on 5 Marla it is closer to a tax on the word "corner". The one number to hold onto is that DHA's 10% is charged at allotment and stays in the price forever — it does not evaporate at resale the way a dealer's margin can.
How to check a "corner" claim
- The category is written on the allotment letter. Not on a file, not on a map.
- Find the plot number on its street page and on the sheet. A plot in the middle of a run of numbers is rarely a corner.
- If the seller's price includes the 10% but the letter says "general", the 10% is his.
DHA Margalla Enclave Master Plan sheet (Kuri Road, Zone-IV), drawn 16 May 2025, revised 1 December 2025, read 19 September 2026. Scale: 1 drawing point = 4.36 m, derived from the 50′, 35′ and 25′ plot frontages on the sheet itself (all three agree to within 2%). Provenance and what we removed.
