Street 37 is in the North-East sector — the large 1 Kanal grid between Margalla Enclave Avenue and the Botanical Garden edge, north of Margalla Creek Avenue — the biggest single block of streets on the sheet, numbered 1 to 63 from the lake end eastwards. The nearest named road on the sheet is ROAD-C (120 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 36, Street 38, Street 35, Street 39. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 550 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

Before you buy on Street 37

1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 37 of the North-East sector, one of the two is wrong.
2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 37. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rights — they are priced differently for a reason.
4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
5. Run the verification checklist before any money moves.
