The nearest named road on the sheet is POWER AVENUE (310 m); its neighbouring streets are Street 7, Street 6, Street 5, Street 4. Measured straight across the drawing it is about 1,000 m from Jinnah Avenue, the scheme's main approach.

Before you buy on Street 3B

1. Find the plot number in the list above, or on the sheet. If the seller's number is not on Street 3B of the West sector, one of the two is wrong.
2. Ask DHA in writing whether possession has been announced for Street 3B. Possession on "the block" is not possession on this street.
3. Establish whether you are buying an allotment letter or intimation rights — they are priced differently for a reason.
4. Drive there. Kerbs, poles and manhole covers are evidence; a render is not.
5. Run the verification checklist before any money moves.
