Watch our 3rd-ballot page — it is re-checked against the portal on a timer and states, with a date, whether DHA’s public result page has come back. For the record: 2nd round applications were extended from 3 November to 10 November 2025, and a payment deadline was extended to 9 January 2026, “on the request of our worthy members”.
Step by step
- Open DHA’s result checker: margallaenclave.dhai-r.com.pk/margalla-enclave-ballot/. For rounds one and two this page took the application number and returned the result. Returned an error page when checked on 2 October 2026. It may be down between rounds; it is not evidence either way.
- Have the application number ready. Third-round numbers begin M0726; it is on the form receipt and on the challan you paid.
- If the checker errors, go to the portal home and DHA I-R’s official social channels. Both earlier results were announced there before the checker was updated.
- Successful? The down payment (20% on instalment plans, 100% on lump sum) is due 30 days after the ballot — the 2-year plan’s column prints 27 days. Pay before the shorter date. After the draw.
- Unsuccessful? The processing fee stays with DHA (clause 3). Any other amount deposited is refunded under clause 10 — check the deduction with the refund calculator before you sign the refund form.
