Margalla Enclave: the last date to apply, and what if you missed it

The 3rd-ballot application form is dated 14 August 2026. The closing date repeated across dealer pages was 4 September 2026. DHA did not extend it, and the draw was held on 15 September 2026 — eleven days later.

DHA’s record on dates

• 2nd round applications — extended from 3 November to 10 November 2025.
• A payment deadline — extended to 9 January 2026, “on the request of our worthy members”.

Two extensions in the earlier rounds; the third ran to its advertised date. Winners: confirm your 30-day payment deadline with DHA on 051-111-555-400, and for buying or selling a balloted plot contact Muhammad Hasnain on 0300 0399322.

If the window is closed for you

1. Wait for the next round. Three rounds in twenty months; DHA has re-opened this scheme each time with a higher price (PKR 1.55 Crore → PKR 2.14 Crore lump sum for 5 Marla between launch and the 3rd ballot — price history).
2. Buy a file or an allotted plot on the resale market. This is what most people do. The price is the seller’s; the cost on top is computable — transfer cost calculator — and the risk depends on whether it is a file or an allotment: file vs plot.

What you need if a window is open

CNIC (NICOP for overseas), the form, the processing fee (PKR 10,000 for 5 Marla up to PKR 60,000 for the largest commercial), and a pay order to “Margalla Enclave” or a KUICKPAY challan. One form books one plot; you may submit as many forms as you like (clause 1). How to apply walks through it.
