DHA publishes the payment plan inside its application form. We have transcribed it, added the quarterly instalment for each plan (which the form leaves you to divide yourself) and put it on one page you can print or forward.
Ours is a transcription dated 1 September 2026 of DHA’s form dated 14 August 2026. If the two ever disagree, DHA’s wins; tell us and we will correct ours.

What the PDF adds that the form does not print
- The quarterly figure for every size and plan: (plan total − 20% down) ÷ 4, 8 or 12.
- The down-payment deadline as printed — 30 days, except the 2-year plan’s column, which says 27 days.
- The five clauses that move money: 7 (plan is permanent), 8 (allotment letter only on lump sum), 9 (two missed instalments = default), 10 (20% refund deduction), 13 (10–15% category premium).

Questions
Where is the official Margalla Enclave payment plan?

Is the payment plan the same for all blocks?
The form prices by size, not by block. A corner, boulevard or park-facing plot carries a 10% premium (15% cap) under clause 13, decided by DHA.
Can I change from a 3-year plan to lump sum later?
Clause 7 says the plan cannot be changed once chosen. Choose by the quarterly figure you could pay in a bad year.
