Three lines fall outside CDA’s standard
Commercial land is 6.04% against a 5% maximum; public buildings are 4.67% against a 5% minimum; the graveyard is 0.16% against a 2% minimum. The Pak-EPA EIA carries the same table and the same shortfalls. A brochure would not print them; a buyer should read them as the planning risk they are — more shops and fewer public sites than the standard, which the authority can either waive or require to be corrected.

6,990 residential plots (1,709 of 5 Marla, 2,634 of 10 Marla, 2,647 of 1 Kanal), 128 apartment parcels and 389 commercial plots — 7,507 in all, on both the EIA’s Table 3.1 and the sheet’s typology table, which agree to the plot. Dawn reported the JV as “CDA 55% / DHA 45% revenue share on roughly 10,000 kanal in the Kuri area” (Dawn, 11 February 2025); the sheet puts the CDA/DHA plot split at 3,828 / 3,132 residential.
